Maya Care comprises outdoor services only. Service representatives are expected to conduct interactions within the guest reception area/main door of the recipients’ registered address. Recipients are requested to refrain from requesting representatives to enter any other area of their homes or assist in any other tasks outside the purview of Maya Services. Does the Maya subscription include all costs of the services requested? |
The Maya packages include service charges only. All costs like photo-copying of documents, courier charges, printing, ticket agent charges and others are required to be paid to the service representatives in advance. Maya Care representatives will provide bills of transactions wherever possible. For instance bills may not be available for purchases from vegetable vendors or photocopying services. |

What do I pay the service professional visiting home? |
Payment for Maya subscriptions is accepted online or via account/payee cheques in the name of ‘Maya Care Private Limited’ only. Kindly do not hand over cash for subscription payment to service representatives. The Maya packages include service charges only. All costs like photo-copying of documents, courier charges, printing, ticket agent charges and others are required to be paid to the service representatives in advance. Service representatives will be providing the bills for these purchases wherever possible. For instance bills may not be available for purchases from vegetable vendors or photocopying services. |

How can I trust the service professional visiting my home with money? |
It is mandatory for Maya Service professionals to carry a photo ID card bearing their name and the Maya Care logo. In case a service professional is not carrying her I-card, kindly do not conduct the transaction and call/e-mail our helpline. As a sponsor based in a different city how do I know that services are being provided to a service recipient? |
A monthly report of the services provided to your service recipient will be sent to you via e-mail.
